The mission of the foundation Wings of Hope is to provide world wide post-traumatic aid, first of all to children and youth who are victims of war, in order to enable them to function in private and social life without disturbances.
Many children are talking in their sleep and have become far more introverted. Many children hardly speaks since losing families and friends in the war. Wings of Hope will try to ensure that these children and their families receive proper treatment for their psychological wounds. Based on the strategy of training community-based volunteers and teachers. They will be trained in identifing signs of trauma so that counselling can be provided by professionals of Wings of Hope.
